The bread at BARTIZAN Bakery & Cafe is made with domestically sourced wheat and homemade yeast. The behavior of the yeast changes depending on factors like the temperature and humidity that day, giving our bakers the unique challenge of adjusting to these changes to create our signature healthy bread.
We offer different varieties ofbread as well as a menu that even pair well with wine for this new all day cafe that’s perfect morning, noon, and night.
